VIRA PUMPS has a state of the
art, specially designed manufacturing setup to manufacture any type of
Submersible Motors and Pumps. Fully digital and computerized pump test bench is
installed for detail testing and analysis of pump sets which include digital
Flowmeters and Pressure sensors. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced to
reduce vibrations and increase part life.
VIRA PUMPS has its own Research &
Development dept established in 2006. The team comprises with highly qualified
Engineers and experts in the field of both Pumps and Motors. The team members
are both from Industries as well as from Universities who have vast experiences
in working on these subjects.
We have developed our own Mechanical as well as Electrical
design software known as
"Expert Designer" which is able to design any submersible component or a system
as a whole from 0.5 hp to 30 hp. Further we have a automation system which
connects this design software with the CAD/CAM Environment.
